My other regular breakfast is a smoothie made of banana, frozen raspberries, yoghurt, milk, oats and honey or maple syrup(just a drop). I love the avocado though because it keeps me full until lunchtime. Sometimes I make porridge though I can&#39;t always stomach that first thing in the morning - it&#39;s quite a committment!
